Apologies for the lack of updates since last Thursday - bigbroblog has been away for the holiday weekend but we’re back now and we’ll be trying to catch up with all the action (there’s been a lot of it over the past few days!!).

So, first it was Shahbaz, and now Dawn has gone too. Told to leave the Big Brother house for breaking the rules relating to not communicating with the outside world. Apparently her sister asked the show to give Dawn an important message. This message contained a code to inform Dawn that she was getting bad press. Clever you might think…except that Dawn then blabbed about the code to a fellow housemate…doh! Or was it a deliberate ploy to get thrown out? We might find out tomorrow….

As you probably already know, Shahbaz has left the Big Brother house. This hasn’t come soon enough as far as bigbroblog is concerned…he was overpowering, didn’t respect other peoples’ personal space and appeared on some occasions to be bordering on having mental problems.

This should give the opportunity to see some of the other personalities for what they really are. One thing is for sure, Glyn isn’t going to miss the molestations he was receiving!

Well, you can’t fail to have noticed Richard’s rather sinister single black glove and diamonte bracelet combo, but does anyone know what it’s all about?

When he has it on, he certainly likes to gesticulate with the hand in question to bring extra attention to it but I can’t help thinking that it just looks like a rather camp glove puppet when he does this!

Is it a fashion that has passed the rest of us by? Has he copied it from a celebrity? Does he just like to accessorize?!

According to today’s News of the World, Big Brother housemate Nikki had an 8 month affair with a playboy model named Daniela Rossi and has also slept with shamed Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty. The affair was going on while both Nikki and Daniela had boyfriends!

Stories about 24 year old Nikki’s wild sex life continued in the Sunday Star with an article detailing how she got a model named Dannii Harwood sacked after stripping and then kissing her in the back of a Hummer while on a photoshoot. The article also claims that Nikki broke up a relationship between lesbian models Sheniz Halil and Lori Buckly after “snogging” Sheniz in a London club.
